Common questions

How does the price work? Is it per tech or per company?

It's per tech. The number you see on each tier is what one tech costs per month. A Growing-team plan with 5 techs is $99 × 5 = $495/mo. Admins, dispatchers, and your client accounts don't count toward the bill — only the people in the field. Tier is determined by tech count: 1–3 techs = Small crew ($59/tech), 4–12 techs = Growing team ($99/tech), 13+ techs = Established team ($149/tech). Crossing a threshold automatically upgrades you to the next tier. Work-order volume is unlimited on every tier. Buy or remove tech seats anytime from Settings → Billing; Stripe prorates mid-period changes.

What happens when I add my 4th tech?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to Growing team. Your existing data, integrations, and team carry over instantly. The new per-tech rate ($99/tech/mo) applies to ALL your seats — that's how per-seat pricing works across the industry.

Can I downgrade if I shrink my team?

Yes, anytime in Settings → Billing. We'll show you which features you'll lose access to BEFORE you confirm. Stripe prorates the credit automatically.

What's the annual contract option?

Available on Growing team and Established team. Pay annually upfront, get 2 months free (16.7% discount). Cancel mid-cycle and we refund the unused months. Available for new annual signups and existing customers switching from monthly via Settings → Billing.

Are MaintainX and Corrigo integrations available on Small crew?

Yes. Every integration we ship is available on every tier. The MaintainX webhook + Corrigo bidirectional sync are core to the product, not a premium upsell.

Can I add tech seats mid-billing-period?

Yes — buy seats one at a time from Settings → Billing. Stripe prorates the charge for the rest of the period; full price kicks in at the next renewal.

Does my data stay mine?

Yes. Strict-isolation multi-tenant — your data lives behind row-level security clamps and is never readable by another tenant. Export everything to CSV / JSON anytime from Settings.

What's your refund policy?

14-day free trial means you don't pay anything to try the product. After that, paid plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime — your subscription runs until the end of the period you've paid for.

I'm on Jobber / MaintainX / Corrigo today. How hard is it to switch?

Bulk-import via CSV from Settings → Onboarding. We have built-in presets for Jobber, MaintainX, and a generic format that covers most other tools — paste your export, preview, fix any flagged rows, commit. Growing-team and Established-team plans include hands-on onboarding help if you'd rather we move the data for you.

How long until my techs are productive on it?

Most techs are running jobs in 10–15 minutes. The tech app is a Progressive Web App — install from Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android via "Add to Home Screen". No App Store, no separate download. GPS arrival check-in, photo upload with retry queue, and customer signature capture all work day one.

Is the 14-day trial really no credit card?

Yes — start the trial, run real work orders, no card required. At day 14 you pick a plan in Settings → Billing or your portal pauses (your data is preserved for 30 days). We'd rather you walk away than feel locked in.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation are all self-serve from the Stripe customer portal — link is in Settings → Billing. Stripe prorates the difference; nobody on our side has to approve anything.

Can I put my own logo and colors on the client portal?

Yes — that's the White-Label Client Portal addon ($199/mo, see above). Available on the Established team plan only — it's the differentiator at the top tier. It hides the "Powered by TradelyHQ" footer and uses your logo + accent color across the client experience. Custom subdomains (e.g. portal.yourcompany.com) are coming next; reach out and we'll set you up with a CNAME.

Do you support Spanish-speaking techs?

The tech-side mobile app supports English, Spanish, and Portuguese — the UI translates per-tech and work-order titles + notes auto-translate via Azure Translator (cached, so repeat content is instant). The admin and client portals are English-only today.

Are you US-only?

For now, yes. Pricing is in USD and we're focused on US-based contractors. If you're outside the US and want to be on a waitlist, email us.
