For clients
Your contractor invites you.
Clients don't sign up directly. The contractor servicing your facility adds you to TradelyHQ. Once you're in, you can submit new work orders, comment, request quotes, and download invoice PDFs for your AP team, all tied to the right sites. Working with more than one contractor on TradelyHQ? Each one invites you and they all merge into a single login.
How to get added
- Find out which of your maintenance contractors uses TradelyHQ (or ask the contractor you trust most to switch. TradelyHQ self-serve signup is a 5-minute setup for them).
- Ask them to invite you. They go to Clients → Invite Client in their admin portal.
- You'll get an email from TradelyHQ with a secure sign-in link.
- Click the link in that email. It opens tradelyhq.com/app and asks you to choose your own password, and you're in.
- You'll land in a portal where you can submit new work orders, comment on existing ones, request quotes, and download invoice PDFs for your AP team, all tied to your sites and your account. Plus owner-only Reports if your contractor enables that.

- Owner-tier Reports: spend by location + repeat-issue detection (if your contractor grants it)
- Submit new requests directly to your contractor without an email round-trip
Working with more than one maintenance shop on TradelyHQ? Each shop invites you to their portal. You accept once and they all show up in the same merged Work Orders list under a single login. A chip strip across the top lets you filter the list down to one contractor at a time. When you open a new request, the form has a Send to: [contractor] picker so the right shop gets the job from the start.
